Graeme and his team have gone the extra mile to ensure I got the exact outcome I wanted . Nothing has been too much trouble . Communication has been excellent. When it comes to overcoming obstacles during the build ( there are always unexpected challenges) , he always finds a solution . 10/10 for his work . Highly recommended . .

March 18, 2026 at 8:24 pmI can honestly say that GM Build & Plumb come highly recommended. We have had extensive work carried out at our villa, replacing old wooden windows with update quality double glazed windows re-plastered and decorated to the highest quality.
Air conditioning units moved and replaced.
Boiler replacement.
Upgrading electrical circuit board.
Solar panel and battery installation and registration and more.
After sales service excellent.
Graeme the owner of GM Build and Plumb has a wealth of knowledge and I cannot recommend them enough.

They were reliable, punctual and kept the workspace tidy throughout the project.

Even though we encountered some surprises and things that needed fixing, the communication was great and Graeme always fixed everything quickly. He is lovely to work with and he thinks along to get the best options and design within our budget. We would definitely recommend him!

March 21, 2026 at 2:10 pmGraham and his team have updated our kitchen and en suite. Both were dated and desperately in need of updating. The kitchen was completely gutted. New fixtures and fitting of the highest quality were fitted. Graham and his team were able to complete every aspect of the upgrade, from plumbing to electrics, to plastering and re sizing the entrance to the kitchen so additional storage could be utilised. Everything was completed to the highest standard. We then asked Graeme and his team to update our en-suite. Same results, a great finish. Graeme also replaced our plugs and switches which provided a more modern look to our property

He built us 2 large patios, tiled and fitted a log burner and also did a complete kitchen refit. He came up with creative solutions for any problems we faced and everything has a high quality finish and great aftercare. We would highly recommend Graeme and his team.
