Bédar Weekly Market is held every Wednesday morning in this charming mountain village overlooking the coastline of Almería province.
From around 9:00 AM until early afternoon, stalls are set up near the village centre offering fresh fruit and vegetables, clothing, household goods, plants and seasonal produce. The market has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, reflecting the peaceful character of the village.
Bédar is known for its traditional whitewashed houses, narrow streets and panoramic views stretching towards Mojácar and the Mediterranean Sea. Once a historic mining village, it now combines rural Andalusian life with a small international community.
The Wednesday market provides an opportunity to explore the village, enjoy the mountain scenery and experience authentic local life in inland Almería.
