Villaricos Weekly Market – Sunday | Almería

Villaricos Weekly Market is held every Sunday morning in this small fishing village located on the coast between Vera Playa and San Juan de los Terreros.

From around 9:00 AM until early afternoon, stalls line the streets near the harbour offering fresh fruit and vegetables, clothing, household goods, plants, crafts and seasonal produce. The market is very popular with both local residents and visitors from nearby coastal resorts.

Villaricos is a traditional Mediterranean village with two small harbours and a relaxed seaside atmosphere. On market day the waterfront becomes lively as shoppers browse the stalls before enjoying breakfast, coffee or seafood at the nearby cafés and restaurants.

The Sunday market is a favourite weekend destination and a great opportunity to combine market shopping with a walk along the coast or a visit to one of the village’s waterfront bars.
