Pulpí Weekly Market is held every Sunday morning in the centre of this traditional town located in the north-east of Almería province, close to the Murcia border.
From around 9:00 AM until early afternoon, stalls are set up near the town centre offering fresh fruit and vegetables, clothing, household goods, plants and seasonal produce. The market attracts residents from nearby villages as well as visitors from surrounding coastal areas.
Pulpí is well known for its agricultural heritage and for the famous Pulpí Geode, one of the largest crystal geodes in the world located nearby in the Mina Rica. The town itself has a relaxed atmosphere with traditional cafés and local shops around the main square.
The Sunday market provides a pleasant way to experience local life while exploring one of the lesser-known towns in this part of Almería province.
