Olula del Río Weekly Market is held every Thursday morning in the centre of this lively town in the Almanzora Valley.
From around 9:00 AM until early afternoon, stalls are set up near the town centre offering fresh fruit and vegetables, clothing, household goods, plants and regional produce. The market is popular with local residents and visitors from nearby villages.
Olula del Río is known for its strong industrial and marble heritage and is home to the modern Casa Ibáñez Museum, one of the most important art museums in Almería province. On market day, the streets become busy and social as people browse the stalls and stop at cafés in the town centre.
The Thursday market offers a chance to experience everyday life in the Almanzora Valley while supporting local traders and producers.
